I enjoy turning our wonderful colors of our coordinating paper that Stampin' Up! offers into art! I love butterflies. Thank You Card

I will post a couple of tips on how I got dots on my flower and butterfly after the tour is over. Make sure to bookmark this blog NOW :)  I will also be posting a tip on tying my knot! Inspiration for this card came from Julie D. I used markers to color in the smaller flower centers and the body of the butterfly.

Another way to show off our new In Colors. These are little 3"x3" mini cards, ready to go to top that gift or give with that special thought from you. Once again, Julie D. was my inspiration. Outstanding!

And last, but not least, I used this set doing a Venetian Blind card. Yes, don't forget to Bookmark this blog now!  Come back and I will have a step-by-step tutorial with pictures for you to download. It really is an easy card to make.

When you take the pulls at the bottom and pull them directly outward to each side, the blind pulls up to reveal your message. I also like mounting this card on top of a card so that I can write more inside the second card.

Personally, our new In-Colors are pretty bright and bold which may not be to everyone's liking. But, when you break it up with light colors, look how C@@L this looks!  It is hard to see, but all but the top white piece (with stamped image) has been embossed with our Sizzix Terturz plates -- you can see it a little better if you enlarge the picture. I will try to get a better picture later today. Don't you just love our new 1/2" Polka-Dot Grosgrain Ribbon!?!
