Note: the clear circle die was used for the white circle which is 3-13/16" and the scallop circle die makes a 4-1/2" scallop circle.
As you probably know by now, this is one of my favorite sets from our 2010 Occasions Mini Catalog -- at least today (lol!). Here's a card I made for a January swap. Don't forget to complete the inside of your card as well :)

Stampin′ Up! demonstrators have a long history of making a difference in the lives of others -- especially when disaster strikes and the need is greatest. The Red Cross is already well-established in Haiti, and this money will be used to provide immediate relief and long-term support through supplies, technical assistance and other support to help those in need.
