Whimsical Words - Beautiful Wings Embosslit

 

Yes, I love butterflies :)  Supplies. Stamps: Whimsical Words (SAB). Paper: Old Olive, Rose Red, Sahara Sand, So Saffron, Taken with Teal, Sweet Pea Paper Stack DSP. Ink: Rose Red. Accessories: Scallop Trim Border Punch (SAB), Beautiful Wings Embosslit, 1" and 1-1/4" Circle Punches, Large and Scallop Oval Punches, Backgrounds 1 Texturz Plate (shown above)  -- at stamp camp, we actually used the Finial Press Textured Impressions Embossing Folder for a bolder background look.

LOVE BANDIT

If you cut 1/4 piece of card stock, layer it on your die, you can use the negative as a frame.

Note: for layered look of Modern Label Punch, I punched two and cut in halves, but you can also use the Magnetic Movers & Shapers Punch Windows set to cut just one that works beautifully with our punch :)

I also so love it when my stampers use their own creativity juices to change what I have created for them. Here's a couple of cards that Tammy created. Good Job Tammy!!!

 

Scallop Circle Die Dress & Butterfly :)

I have seen this several different ways and kinds among our stamping friends. I decided to give this a try at our Big Shot Night this month. The gals loved it!

But wait! Don't throw out the cut away pieces of your scallop circle. They just happen to make a cute butterfly :)
